I worked in property and casualty insurance for quite a few years. Kate gave me the kind of experience that I had always hoped my customers were getting from me. What an absolute pleasure to deal with. I went through a lot of frustration calling from one place to another shopping for a homeowners policy. From places that just never answer their phones, to places promising to email me a quote within the next few days, I was literally ready to scream. I can’t believe the poor service that I found with local insurance agencies. What a breath of fresh air when I got Kate on the phone. She was extremely patient and went through a discussion of my needs, and then went through each coverage with me discussing what would be best for my situation. She put together a policy that I am very pleased with and saved me $446 on my upcoming renewal that I had with another company. By the way, I never received any of those quotes promised to me by those other agencies. Another by the way, I never post reviews for anybody, but Kate is truly a hidden gem. If you need insurance, call her. You will not be disappointed.
