Our award-winning, growing insurance agency is searching for an organized, motivated, and professional client service representative to join our team, helping to service our existing book of business and expanding our client base. Your chief responsibility will be to communicate with our policyholders, focus on client retention, oversee the flow of the client onboarding process, and be the main point of contact for our clients. A client service representative will foster lasting relationships, listen empathetically, solve problems, and focus on client retention. This position will play a leading role in ensuring customer satisfaction with our agency. This position requires excellent listening skills in an environment that is focused on growth and relationship strengthening, while keeping our agency mission at the core.
In addition to having excellent communication skills, our ideal candidate will also demonstrate outstanding interpersonal skills, setting the tone for an atmosphere of collaboration and teamwork within the agency.
If licensed, as a CSR you will be responsible for selling insurance plans to new customers, cross-selling plans to existing customers to expand client’s insurance plans and cultivating lasting relationships while overseeing a portfolio of clients.

Job Responsibilities:
- Frontline communications with customers and vendors via phone and email
- Track issues and client correspondence in the agency management system
- Answer the phone
- Email current and prospective clients
- Social media input
- Assist clients with payments and billing changes
- Distribute policy documents
- Log activity to share with principal agent
- Advise clients on when and how to make a claim on their policy
- Monitor insurance claims to ensure client and company satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of client profiles within agency management system with current contact information
- Respond to clients’ insurance-related questions and issues
- Update existing policies
- Represent our agency and mission in a positive light
- Represent our agency in the community
- Report the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives
- Prepare and present detailed reports on the progress of initiatives to management
