Our principal agent, Kate Dawson was recently named a Pennsylvania STAR (Superior Travelers Agent Award) winner. She was recognized by Travelers Insurance for the Travelers Personal Insurance Pennsylvania market. Absolutely wonderful experience! I wasn't sure what to expect as I have only ever gone directly through a company for insurance. I'm sad I didn't find Kate sooner. Everyone in the office was a pleasure to speak and work with. Also she got me more insurance for a lower premium than I was previously paying! She also found things in my insurance that could be increased for a very little premium increase (like $2 /6 mo) that I never would have known to look at. Highly recommend!
